This is the ONLY underwear I use for working out. The pouch lays flatter than most, so this is very suitable for wearing spandex shorts or pants to public gyms. Support is perfect, while being extremely comfortable at the same time. Can easily wear all day long....and in certain fabrics makes a great swimsuit.
