同捆組 - 注意事項

  1. [同捆組] 自2025年01月19日起不再自動計算折扣，如果您購買的商品有符合同捆組的條件，請您在送出訂單後先不要付款，客服在稍後會為您計算該同捆組商品的折扣（如果當前有優惠活動，會為您擇優處理），請您在收到訂單確認信件後再回到會員中心進行付款。
  2. 當商品選擇 [其他材質/顏色] 成為同捆組，但訂單內備註或留言變更成多個顏色時，將可能會無法享有同捆優惠價。
  3. [同捆組] 折扣計算方式已自2024年10月24日起變更（請見會員中心內的說明），並將同捆組商品納入折扣活動及折價券的適用範圍內，讓您享有更多優惠。
  4. [同捆組] 商品適用紅利加倍送（每年周年慶前）。

Note for Value Pack

  1. The value pack will no longer be automatically discounted from January 19, 2025. If the items you purchased meet the conditions of the value pack, please do not pay after sending the order. Customer service will calculate the discount for the value pack items for you later (if there is a current promotion, we will select the best one for you), Please return to the member center to make payment after receiving the order confirmation email.
  2. If the product is selected as [other fabric/color] and becomes a [Value Pack], but when the note in the order or message to change to multiple colors, you may not be able to enjoy the discounted price for the value pack.

1月19日至2月3日期間所有半客製訂單均享9折優惠，滿2000享88折，本期間內的訂單都將會順延至2月4日起陸續出貨，因此，上述期間及2月份的訂單備貨時間也將會比平日多出約5個工作天，如有提早到貨需求，請您儘量提前訂購。

1月19日起，同捆組商品在結帳時將不再自動計算折扣，詳情請至會員中心參考相關說明。

Shipping adjustment for 2025 Lunar New Year holidays: The final order date for shipments before Lunar close period is Jan 18.

From January 19 to February 3, all semi-customized orders will enjoy a 10% discount, and orders reach 2000 will enjoy a 12% discount. Orders from Jan 19 to Feb 3 will start process from Feb 4, Therefore, the order processing time during this period and in February will also be about 5 working days longer than usual, If you need early delivery, please place your order as early as possible.

Orders from Jan 19, The Value Pack discounts will no longer be automatically calculated at checkout. For details, please visit the Member Center for relevant instructions.

首次訂購內褲及泳褲的會員，建議您將身高體重及緊身偏好填寫在訂單的 [訂單備註] 欄，以利我們協助您作尺寸上的建議。未註明者，客服人員也透過簡訊方式協助您判斷尺碼（本服務僅限於台灣地區的手機門號，僅限第一次訂購的會員），尺碼相關說明請參考: 尺寸指南。準備期間如需變更尺碼或顏色，請您務必在送出訂單的48小時內通知我們，超過時間並且已經進行生產將會無法作異動。
